1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Pawspact website (pawspact.com) or any of our veterinary services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of our services.

2. Our Services

Pawspact Veterinary Clinic provides veterinary medical services for companion animals including dogs, cats, and exotic pets. Our services include wellness examinations, vaccinations, surgery, diagnostics, dental care, and wellness plan subscriptions. All clinical services are provided by MOCCAE-licensed veterinarians in accordance with UAE veterinary regulations.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments can be booked online via our Digitail booking platform, by phone, or via WhatsApp. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement for pre-payment to secure future appointments. Emergency appointments are accommodated subject to availability.

4. Wellness Plans

Pawspact Wellness Plans are annual subscription packages billed in full at the time of purchase. By purchasing a wellness plan, you agree to the following:

• Plans are non-transferable and apply to one named pet only
• Plans are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
• Unused services within the plan period are forfeited and not refundable
• Plans may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no services have been used
• Pawspact reserves the right to modify plan inclusions with 30 days' notice

5. Payment

Payment for services is due at the time of consultation. Wellness plans are paid in full online via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and inclusive of VAT where applicable. Receipts are provided upon request.

6. Medical Disclaimer

Information provided on this website is for general educational purposes only and does not constitute veterinary medical advice. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for diagnosis and treatment of your pet's health conditions. In the event of a veterinary emergency, please contact us immediately or proceed to the nearest emergency veterinary facility.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pawspact's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Pawspact or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
